CAIRO - Egyptian army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi called on Tuesday for a quick political transition to restore stability to the country.Sisi, whose forces overthrew Mohamed Morsi of the Muslim Brotherhood in July, was speaking to soldiers and policemen at a seminar.
