S.Korea's Moon seeks Russia's cooperation over cut in N.Korea oil supplies

SEOUL - South Korea's President Moon Jae-in on Wednesday said a cut in oil supplies to North Korea was inevitable, and he had asked Russia to cooperate, South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported from Vladivostok.
Moon is in Russia and held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.
A Blue House spokesman was unable to confirm the report immediately
