IDF soldier lightly wounded by gunfire in West Bank

An IDF soldier was lightly wounded during an exchange of gunfire with an assailant in the early hours on Wednesday, during routine military activities in the West Bank village of Danaba.
An IDF spokesperson confirmed that the perpetrator had fled the scene, and military were searching the area for the suspect.
The wounded soldier was evacuated to the Rabin Medical Center-Beilinson Campus in Petah Tikva for medical treatment.
