State appeals decision t

The state prosecution appealed to the Supreme Court on Wednesday against a decision by Jerusalem District Court to allow a woman accused of starving her three-year-old son to allow her to remain in house arrest with her four other children. The state charged that the court agreed to let the children stay with her even though it determined that she posed a serious threat to the children and that she could not be trusted. The appeal will be heard on Friday.
