State to indict 13 soccer players after Lod, Ramat Gan spat

The state will submit on Tuesday indictments against 13 soccer players who allegedly attacked others and caused public disturbances last Friday at the end of a soccer game between B'nei Lod and Hapoel Ramat Gan at Weiner Stadium in Ramat Gan.
Meanwhile, Monday the Supreme Court of the soccer league deducted three points from Maccabi Petah Tikva's league point total, effective already for this soccer season regarding a similar incident of fighting involving Maccabi Petah Tikva. The ruling reversed an earlier soccer court ruling by a smaller group of judges of the same court deducting points from the team's total, but not until next season.
