Steinitz: Israel has become an energy supplier to two Arab states

National Infrastructure, Energy and Water Resources Minister Yuval Steinitz said that Israel became an energy supplier to two Arab states, Jordan and Egypt. Steinitz spoke of the supply agreement at the Jerusalem Post Diplomatic Conference on Wednesday.
As of 2019, Israel will supply natural gas to Egypt and Jordan.
"Who knows," said Steinitz humorously, "maybe next we will be supplying energy to Saudi Arabia."
"For the first time in history, EU and Israel are building energy infrastructure," the minister said. "And Israel will become an energy supplier to Europe."
