Sudan's Foreign Minister Ali Karti said on Wednesday that Israel is responsible for the strike on a car that killed two in Port Sudan on Tuesday.Police suggested the attack was a missile fired from the sea, while state media and a regional government official blamed a foreign aircraft.Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Yigal Palmor declined to comment on the accusation.
