KABUL, Afghanistan — A suicide bomber on a motorbike struck a minibus in the western part of the Afghan capital Wednesday, killing at least two people and wounding four, Interior Ministry spokesman Zemeri Bashary said.
Witnesses said the bus was carrying intelligence service employees on their way to work, but Bashary would not confirm the target.
