Susan Rice, US President Barack Obama's national security advisor, addressed AIPAC's annual policy conference in Washington on Monday. 'The US-Israel alliance is not just rooted in our mutual interest, vital as they are,' Rice reaffirmed in a speech to the largest pro-Israel lobby in the US. The US-Israel relationship 'is not negotiable, and it never will be.' 'President Obama's commitment to Israel is deep, and personal,' Rice said. 'I know because I see it every day.'
