Syria asks Turkey to review response to Assad speech

BEIRUT - Syria's Foreign Minister Walid al-Moualem asked Turkey on Wednesday to reconsider its response to President Bashar Assad's speech on Monday, which Turkish President Abdullah Gul said was not enough.
He also said that his country wants "best relations with Turkey." Moualem told a press conference in Damascus that he was confident there would be no foreign military intervention in his country and that a no-fly zone would not be imposed.
