Syrian health minister: 23 killed, 350 injured on Naksa Day

The Syrian health minister said that 23 protesters were killed at the Syria-Israel border on Sunday as hundreds of demonstrators attempted to breach the border fence.
The health minister said that one girl was among the dead, and that most of the injuries came from tear-gas inhalation.
Palestinians marked the "Naksa," the 44th anniversary of the 1967 Six-Day War, on Sunday by staging protests through Israel, the West Bank and Gaza Strip, Syria, and Lebanon.
