The Tel Aviv District Court on Sunday sentenced 19-year-old Bat-El Shar'abi to four years in jail for killing Hamda Muhsin, from Shuafat, in a road accident while driving without a license. Tel Aviv resident Shar'abi, who was convicted of manslaughter, was also banned from driving for 20 years. In the incident 18 months ago, Shar'abi was taking Muhsin and another friend for a night out in Tel Aviv in her mother's car.
