Tal Mor, accused of killing cyclist
Shneor Heshin in a hit-and-run accident, denied the charges of manslaughter at Petah Tikva District Court on Tuesday.
He also denied that he had been heavily under the influence of alcohol, and that he had taken drugs.
Mor was indicted in July for manslaughter, abandonment and driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, resulting in the death of the 43-year-old cyclist in June.
