A 16-year-old resident of Umm el-Fahm has been arrested for throwing stones in the direction of the police station on Friday evening, according to an Israel Police Spokesperson.
The minor was arrested during demonstrations held in the city, during which police officers and soldiers were present to maintain the order.
The suspect has been taken for questioning and the evidence will determine whether or not a hearing will be held to decide the length of his detention.
