During an evacuation of an outpost near the West Bank settlement of Yitzhar, a 15-year-old boy poured cement onto his leg and into the foundations of the post, Israeli media reported on Wednesday, barricading himself inside.
The teen was released shortly after from the cement and was arrested by authorities.
