Teens arrested on suspicion of sexual, physical abuse

Three teens arrested on suspicion of sexually and physically abusing boarding school classmates
Three teens were arrested on Sunday night on suspicion of sexually and physically abusing several fellow students at the boarding school where they study in the Jordan Valley.
The Judea and Samaria sub-district said officers from their youth crimes division arrested the three 16-year-old suspects, two of whom are from Jerusalem and one from Immanuel in the West Bank – after they received a complaint from the parent of one of their classmates, who said he had been victimized by the three.
The abuse reportedly took place over the course of a few months, and at no time did police receive a complaint from teachers or administrators at the boarding school or any of the other students who knew about the abuse allegedly taking place.
Police said it is still unclear if there was sexual abuse involved, but that the suspects potentially face charges of assault, extortion, false imprisonment, and drug and property crimes.
