Tel Aviv residents protest court decision to strike down state migrant policy

Residents of southern Tel Aviv staged a rally in the city on Saturday evening against the High Court@@@s September 22 decision to scrap key parts of Israel@@@s migrant policy. The court ruled to close the county@@@s "open" detention facilities in the south and froze certain limitations on illegal migrants@@@ movements.
Protesters blocked a junction in the Hatikva neighborhood, where the demonstration was held.
Dozens of people attended the peaceful protest, which ended "without incident," according to Israel Police.
