Tempo warns of irregular odor in two batches of San Benedetto mineral water

Tempo Beverages Ltd. announced Thursday that some of its “carbonated natural mineral water” products in 1.5-liter plastic bottles, manufactured by San Benedetto and imported by Tempo, have an irregular smell. The bottles are marked for use until 24/6/2014 and with batch numbers LA3175S and LA3176S.

The company is taking the products off the shelves. The Health Ministry asked the public not to drink these specific batches of the products. Besides the odor, nothing else is wrong with them, the ministry said. The company is checking for the cause of the odor.

Customers with such productions may call the company at 1-800-300-370 and ask for a replacement.
