Ten Palestinians, crushed into the back of a minivan, were caughttrying to infiltrate into Israel on Sunday via the Hizme Crossing in east Jerusalem.
The driver, a Jewish woman from a nearby settlement, was allegedlydriving the Palestinians in exchange for hundreds of shekels perperson. She was detained for questioning.
The car, a regular-sized minivan, raised the suspicion of soldiersat the crossing due to its tinted windows, said Capt. Ron Fischer ofthe Military Police’s Erez Battalion.
