Prior to Jerusalem gas explosion, technician visited building twice, gas company admits

'Supergas' company said that the residents of the Jerusalem building that exploded early Monday morning complained twice Sunday night, and the technician visited the building each time. Both times the technician reported nothing wrong with the building and shut off the gas taps.
