Thousands of Jewish worshipers set to flock to Rachel’s Tomb in West Bank

Thousands of Jewish worshipers are expected to flock to Rachel’s Tomb in Bethlehem over the weekend to mark the anniversary of the Biblical matriarch.
The event is expected to draw less people than in past year because of the wave of terror currently sweeping through the country.
Rabbi Yosef Shvinger, director-general of the country’s holy sites, urged people to come in spite of the security situation. Hundreds of security forces were protecting the area.
“This is the time to come and pray and cry about our troubles,” Shvinger said.
