Three suspected ISIS jihadis arrested before carrying out terror attack in Madrid

Spanish police arrested three suspected "jihadists" in the early hours of Tuesday in two neighborhoods in Madrid.
The three men arrested are Moroccans based in Madrid and were ready to carry out an attack in Spain, the interior ministry news release said.
The suspects were described in the news release as being "extremely radicalized" and "perfectly organized in a hierarchy, with each member having a defined role."
The Spanish interior ministry said in the news release the police operation had been carried out with urgency because the suspects were unpredictable, displayed signs of extreme risk and seemed willing to take action carrying out attacks.
The suspects were between the ages of 26 and 29 and based in the neighborhoods of Vallecas and Canada Real, the news release said.
