Tibi to lead delegation of Arab MKs to Amman for meeting with King Abdullah

A group of five Arab lawmakers from the predominantly Arab Joint List are scheduled to travel to Jordan on Sunday for a meeting with King Abdullah in Amman, Israel Radio is reporting.
The meeting is most likely going to focus on the continuing tensions on Temple Mount, where Palestinians have been rioting and clashing with Israeli security forces in recent days.
In their meeting with the Hashemite monarch, MK Ahmad Tibi told Israel Radio that he and his colleagues will discuss "the change in status quo at Al-Aksa mosque."
Following their talks in Amman with the king, the parliamentarians are due in Ankara for a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
