'Times' hacked by Syrian group

The New York Times website was hacked by a group they believe to be "the Syrian Electronic Army," the New York Times announced on Tuesday afternoon.
An attack on the company’s domain name registrar, Melbourne IT, brought the online site down causing Marc Frons, chief information officer for The New York Times Company, to make a statement to New York Time employees to be extra careful when sending sensitive emails.
"Be careful when sending e-mail communications until this situation is resolved,” he said.
During an interview, Mr. Frons blamed the attack on "the Syrian Electronic Army or someone trying very hard to be them."
