Tires slashed in east Jerusalem's Sheikh Jarra in suspected 'price-tag' attack

Unknown assailants vandalized and punctured the tires of five cars in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah overnight, in what police are viewing as a potential “price tag” nationalist attack.
The graffiti on the one of the cars included the words “price tag” an apparent allusion to the nationalist attacks meant to protest Israeli government policies.
Jerusalem Police District Spokesman Shmulik Ben-Ruby said police have opened an investigation into the incident but that no arrests have been made.
The incident was the third suspected nationalist attack in the neighborhood in the past three months, including one in June, in which two cars were torched.
