Train service to Ashkelon halted as city opens bomb shelters

Train service to and from Ashkelon was halted on Monday afternoon as tensions between Hamas and Israel increase and an IDF retaliation strike against Hamas appears imminent.
Mayor of Ashkelon Tamar Glam instructed all public shelters in the city opened on Monday afternoon, Ynet reported. 
Hamas fired a rocket that destroyed a family home near Kfar Saba on Monday morning, the family was lightly injured as they were able to make it to a shelter on time.
