Trump, after Stone arrest, calls Russia probe a 'witch hunt'

WASHINGTON, Jan 25 - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday following the arrest of his longtime political ally Roger Stone that the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential campaign is the "greatest witch hunt in the history of our country! No collusion!"

Stone was arrested in Florida on Friday on charges of obstruction, witness tampering and making false statements related to the release of stolen Democratic Party emails in the 2016 campaign. The charges were brought as part of the investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
