Trump says he will announce decision on Paris climate agreement Thursday

US President Donald Trump said that he will announce his final decision on the US's future in the Paris accord that seeks to promote international efforts to curb global warming.

Trump took to Twitter on Thursday to say that he will announce his decision at the White House's Rose Garden at 3 p.m.

Many predict that the US president will decide to withdraw from the agreement in what could potentially be a big reversal from the former administration's efforts on climate change.

"I will be announcing my decision on Paris Accord, Thursday 3:00 P.M. The White House Rose Garden," the president wrote and concluded with his trademark campaign catchphrase, written in bold letters: "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"
