Tunisian presidential candidates head for December run-off vote

TUNIS - The two front runners in Tunisia's presidential election are heading for a run-off vote in December, after failing to get an overall majority in first round results announced on Tuesday, their parties said.
Incumbent President Moncef Marzouki, got 33.4 percent of the vote in the first round held on Sunday, behind Beji Caid Essebsi, from the secularist Nidaa Tounes party, who got 39.46 percent, according to preliminary results.
