Turkey's ruling AK Party expects Erdogan to win presidency with at least 51 percent

ISTANBUL - An official from Turkey's ruling AK Party said President Tayyip Erdogan was expected to win the presidential election with at least 51 percent of the votes.
The AK Party and its alliance partners will have a majority in parliament, the official said speaking on condition of anonymity, adding that the pro-Kurdish opposition Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) was expected to exceed the 10 percent threshold to enter Turkey's parliament.
