Turkish PM says "terrorist groups" must not represented in Syria talks

DAVOS, Switzerland - Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said on Thursday "terrorist groups" must not be represented at talks on a solution for the conflict in Syria.
In a speech at the World Economic Forum meeting in Davos, he said Turkey does not distinguish between the Islamic State and Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militants in its anti-terror fight.
