Turkish TV: At least 10 killed, 20 wounded after blast rocks Turkish border town

ISTANBUL - At least 10 people were killed when an explosion ripped through the Turkish town of Suruc near the Syrian border on Monday, broadcaster NTV said, and a security official said at least 20 more people were wounded.
The Turkish security official, who declined to be identified, said that around 20 to 25 people were wounded in the blast.
