Two Israeli citizens were banned from Chile's Torres del Paine National Park on Wednesday (January 28) after park rangers said they were discovered starting a campfire on park grounds. Such activity is prohibited under park rules.
The tourists, identified by local media as 24-year-old Gabai Mordechay and 23-year-old Alon Shani, were each fined about $800 US dollars and are forbidden from returning to the picturesque park in Chile's Patagonia for two years.
