Rishon Letzion brawl sparks fear of stabbing attack

A brawl between a group of men in Rishon Letzion on Sunday left two men lightly injured and sparked fears of a stabbing attack before the dust cleared on the incident.
According to Magen David Adom, paramedics who arrived at a bakery inside a grocery store on Lishinsky Street found two men – one aged 23 and one aged 54 – with stab wounds to their upper body. Both were lying on the floor and “fully conscious and very irate”, MDA said in a statement.
Both men were evacuated to Wolfson Hospital south of Tel Aviv in stable condition with light injuries.
Shfela subdistrict police said that one suspect was arrested following the fight.
