Two toddlers ‘miraculously’ saved after parents left them in locked cars amidst heat wave

Two young children were “miraculously” unhurt after being left in their parents’ vehicles in the broiling heat on Wednesday.

A18-month-old baby girl who was left alone in her mother’s locked car in the Petah Tikva area in morning for two hours was fortunate to be in good condition at Schneider’s Children’s Medical Center in Petah Tikva. She was treated in the emergency department and hospitalized for observation.

The second, in the Beersheba area, was rescued by people who saw the child in the car and saved him before the car got too hot.
