UK Foreign Secretary Hammond urges restraint between IDF and Hezbollah

The British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said on Thursday morning that he was, "concerned about reports of clashes between Hezbollah and the IDF," following an attack on Wednesday that killed two IDF soldiers. One Spanish UN peacekeeper was killed when the IDF returned fire following the attack.  
Seven IDF soldiers were also wounded in the attack when Hezbollah fighters fired anti-tank missiles at IDF vehicles in the Galilee panhandle near the Lebanese border. Hammond offered his condolences for those killed in the attack and urged all sides, "to exercise maximum restraint and prevent further escalation."
