UK police say London Bridge, Borough Market incidents are terror-related

LONDON - British police said incidents at London Bridge and the nearby Borough Market area on Saturday had been declared as terrorist incidents, but a separate stabbing in the Vauxhall area was unrelated.
British armed police rushed to the incidents in central London after a van plowed into pedestrians on London Bridge and reports of multiple stabbings in a restaurant in the nearby Borough Market area.
Police sent out security advice to Londoners on Twitter saying "run, hide, tell" if they were caught in an attack. The BBC cited police as saying there had been more than one fatality.
