Unilever: Contaminated cereal reached store shelves despite warning

Unilever said late on Thursday that 240 boxes of cornflakes contaminated with salmonella managed to reach store shelves even after a public notice of contamination was released.
The company has asked that anyone who purchased the following cereals refrain from using them and contact customer service: Cornflakes of Champions cereal purchased between June 26 and 27; Badatz kosher Cornflakes purchased on June 23 and between June 27 to 29; and Cocoman cereal purhcased between June 29 and June 30.
