US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Wednesday that Washington is concerned by reports of "unusual Russian military activity" near Russia's border with Ukraine, warning that escalatory or aggressive action would be of concern to the United States.
The US was also discussing ways to ensure the security of Ukraine's energy supply, said Blinken, speaking alongside Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba after a meeting at the State Department.
