US condemns attacks on embassies in Libyan capital Tripoli

The US on Sunday condemned attacks on embassies in Libya@@@s capital Tripoli just a day after a reported NATO air strike targeted Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi@@@s compound.
"We have seen reports indicating that British, Italian and US diplomatic facilities in Tripoli have been attacked," US State Department spokesman Mark Toner said. "If true, we condemn these attacks in the strongest possible terms."
