US diplomatic team offers condolences to Israel over Sarona attack

Visiting Israel for strategic talks Thursday for the purpose of strengthening US-Israeli bilateral relations, a team of US diplomats headed by US Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The meeting comes in the wake of the terrorist attack in Tel Aviv's Sarona market on June 8. Blinken offered his condolences to the victims of the attack.
Netanyahu stated the event was evident of a greater worldwide problem of rampant barbarism which afflicts all countries and called on all civilized nations to unite.
