US expected to find Islamic State committed genocide

WASHINGTON - US Secretary of State John Kerry is expected to find that the Islamic State militant group has committed genocide, a source familiar with matter said on Thursday.
The source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said an announcement was expected later on Thursday. The source declined to provide further details.
