WASHINGTON - Seven Los Angeles men were charged for the firebombing of African American residences in a May 2014 incident that occurred in the city's Boyle Heights neighborhood, the US Justice Department announced Thursday.The 10-count indictment alleges the men targeted African American residents and used firebombs to intimidate them to leave their homes.
