US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Saudi Arabia on Friday and was due to hold talks with King Salman and other senior Saudi officials, according to a US pool reporter accompanying Kerry.
Kerry is expected to discuss the crises in Syria and Yemen as well as other security issues on his trip, the State Department has said.
