WASHINGTON - Russia has tried to influence elections in at least 'a couple dozen' countries, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said on Tuesday. Russia continues to be a bold actor in cyberspace across the globe, Clapper testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee.
