US to Israel: Iran seems willing to talk about nuke issue, has not provided tangible offer

The US in recent days has assured Israel that sanctions on Iran will not be eased without significant steps taken by Tehran on its nuclear program, Channel 2 reported Friday.
Officials in Washington reportedly briefed their counterparts in Jerusalem about the nuclear talks held in Geneva earlier this week between Iran and the P5+1 group of world powers.
"They were exploratory talks. The Iranians have signaled that they are willing to talk about everything, but have not yet offered anything tangible," Channel 2 quoted a US official as saying.
