USGS: Magnitude 6.8 quake hits Russian Siberia

SINGAPORE - A magnitude 6.8 earthquake hit 58 miles east of the Russian city of Kyzyl in the Tuva region of Siberia near the Mongolian border at an estimated depth of 33.2 miles, the US Geological Survey said on Sunday.
