Mordechai Vanunu, the man who served nearly 20 years for leaking nuclear secrets to foreign news outlets has turned to the Supreme Court with a petition to cancel his Israeli citizenship, Army Radio reported on Thursday.Vanunu told court he is no longer interested in being a citizen of Israel, citing hostility towards him in the general public and in the media. "As a result, the petitioner can no longer find a place for himself or a future in Israeli society," according to the report.
