Washington state declares state of emergency following measles outbreak

Washington Department of Health officials declared a state of emergency in the state as there have been 36 confirmed cases of measles as of Monday, according to NPR.
There are 11 more cases that are yet to be confirmed. As of Friday, there were 26 confirmed cases according to the report.
