West Bank, Gaza crossings to be closed on election day

All Gaza border crossings and West Bank checkpoints will be closed on Tuesday, the day of the Israeli parliamentary elections, the IDF Spokesperson's Unit released a statement on Sunday.

The crossings will be closed from midnight (the night between Monday and Tuesday), and will be reopened on Wednesday.

The only crossings that will be allowed on Tuesday will be for humanitarian, medical and unique reasons only, the IDF stated.
